Principle of semi-automatic light inspection machine：

The staff will place the product to be inspected and filled in the bottle feeding tray of the light inspection machine, turn on all power switches, and set the required speed according to the user's own requirements. The operator sits on the light inspection machine. Just in front of the bottle, the power switch for bottle feeding can be done by foot. When the bottles to be inspected are lined up in a row and pass through the inspection port, the white light behind the bottle will transmit through the front of the bottle, and magnify 5 times through an organic magnifying glass, and the oral liquid bottle to be inspected will be magnified by 5 times. Zoom in, so that foreign objects in the glass bottle can be more clearly and easily visually inspected, thereby improving work efficiency.
